Our management team is experienced and proactive, enabling us to offer our clients a seamless and efficient building process. Every project has a dedicated manager leading from concept to completion. Entrusted with the task of design collaboration and team building, each manager also provides planning, budgeting and value engineering while offering great attention to detail.
Construction projects with environmentally sound methods are embedded in our daily activities. From the basics of reducing waste through recycling to extra efforts in recommending recycled products and non-toxic materials, SSC prides itself on presenting the healthiest and greenest options available and leading by example. In early 2021, SSC moved into our new office facilities in Basalt, CO. Our new basecamp is all-electric, conditioned with high-efficiency heat pumps, and over 80% of all electric consumption is offset with renewable solar energy.
From the ground up, inside and out, our focus on quality is never compromised. We undertake every task with attention to detail. Our experience constructing a wide variety of architectural styles and finishes allow us to accomplish the most unique and demanding details.
